Counselling is a supportive relationship that can help individuals, couples, or families. Counselling has the aim of increasing self-awareness, emotional well-being, compassion for self and others, knowledge of neuroscience, personal responsibility, and resourcefulness.

Coaching helps individuals and teams clearly define their goals and explore how these align with their values and resources. Coaching helps people achieve personal or professional objectives.
Coaching is not a deep-dive into the past. Coaching focuses on the present and future and what specifically will help move you forward. |
